I have previously seen To Be is To Do, in another version of this graffiti, attributed to Sartre - which makes more sense to me than Nietzsche, as a .comical distillation of existentialism.
Oh hell - I messed it up in my previous comment! I believe what I have seen is "To do is to be" attributed to Descartes, as being a close variant of cogito ergo sum, and "To be is to do" attributed to Sartre as a distillation of existentialism....everyone agrees on do be do be do!!
